CAC Bank" organizes a workshop to discuss the goals of the upcoming strategic plan with branch managers

The General Administration of the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank "CAC Bank" organized a comprehensive workshop this morning, Monday, at the main administration in Aden. The workshop aimed to discuss the goals of the upcoming five-year strategic plan, with the participation of the bank's branch managers from various governorates, and the presence of Dr. Murad Al-Nashmi, Director of the Arab Academy for Administrative and Banking Sciences.

The workshop was part of the continuous efforts of the bank's leadership, represented by the Acting Chairman of the Board and CEO, Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, to enhance institutional performance and develop services provided to customers. The focus was on discussing the objectives of the bank’s strategic plan for the next five years, setting the foundations and plans to implement these objectives, and enhancing the bank's position in the banking market.

During the workshop, senior management reviewed the key dimensions of the plan, aiming to achieve sustainable growth in various sectors, with a focus on digital innovation, improving customer experience, and strengthening the bank's role in supporting the national economy.

Mr. Abdu Mohsen Abdul-Rab, Assistant Vice President of the Agricultural and Fishery Sector, emphasized the importance of holding such a workshop to present the branch managers' ideas and opinions, which will enrich and strengthen the objectives of the strategic plan set for the next five years. He pointed out the vital role of branch managers in implementing the strategic plan’s objectives, explaining that the cooperation and contributions of everyone will be the cornerstone for achieving the bank’s future goals.

The workshop concluded with several recommendations and practical proposals, paving the way for the formulation of the final implementation plan, with an emphasis on continuing to hold such workshops to enhance dialogue and exchange ideas across all management levels.
