The Individuals and Small and Medium Enterprises Department at the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank "CAC Bank" launched a specialized training workshop on loans and financing, with the participation of operations managers and loan officers from the bank's branches. The workshop will continue for four days, with sessions lasting three hours daily.
The workshop, led by Mr. Sadiq Al-Magharam, Director of the Individuals Department, covers key topics such as loan granting policies and procedures, risk management, mechanisms for financing start-up projects, and an overview of best banking practices in this field.
In the opening of the workshop, Mr. Sadiq Al-Magharam explained that the aim is to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees related to lending operations, enabling them to provide more efficient and effective financial services to clients, thereby supporting the small and medium enterprise sector.
Mr. Mansour Jameen, Director of the Human Resources Department, confirmed that CAC Bank is always keen on developing the capabilities of its banking staff, which positively reflects on the quality of services provided and contributes to economic development by supporting entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business owners.
This workshop is part of a series of workshops and training programs organized by the bank according to the vision of the bank's senior leadership, represented by the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hashed Al-Hamdani, to enhance employee capabilities and keep pace with modern developments in the banking sector.
