Members of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council, Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, Head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, and Brigadier General Nasser Al-Saadi, met on Monday in the capital, Aden, the artist Rami Nabih, head of the Southern Forum for Culture and Arts.

The meeting reviewed the cultural and artistic works and activities presented by the forum in the southern national celebrations, the latest of which was the participation in the Southern Child Choir in the third Aden Sports Festival, which was sponsored by the Southern Transitional Council.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Khubaji stressed the importance of the forum to play its role in consolidating and rooting the identity and culture of the southern community, and preserving values, customs, traditions and moral ideals.

Dr. Al-Khubaji expressed the support of the Southern Transitional Council for Arts and everything that would express the southern cultural identity and convey societal aesthetic values.

In turn, the artist Rami Nabih valued the support and interest shown by the Southern Transitional Council in order to consolidate the southern cultural identity, conveying the greetings of the council and members of the forum's trustees to Dr. Al-Khubaji and Dean of Al-Saadi Forum.
