Shabwa Governor declares a state of emergency in Baihan districts

The governor of Shabwa and the head of its security committee, Sheikh Awad Muhammad al-Awlaki, announced the imposition of a state of emergency and a curfew in the districts of Bayhan, Usaylan and Ain.
 The governor called on the citizens in those districts to abide by these directives in order to preserve their lives, considering the lands of the three districts a theater of operations and war battles waged by the heroes of the Southern Armed Forces from the Giants Brigades in order to liberate them from the remnants of the Iran-backed Houthi militia.
 Governor Al-Awlaki directed that the specialized engineering teams should go to cleanse the sites that have been restored in the Usaylan district of the remnants of war and mines, which the militias are keen to plant in every inch they occupy.
