At the outset, we present to everyone our best greetings and wishes on the occasion of the coming of the New Year 2022 AD. My father, we hope to achieve all that they have set out and wish for, as the founder and president of the Aden All-Inclusive Conference...Head of the Board of Administration of the Center..The founder and Chairman of the All-Aden Conference...and the Chairman of the Board of Directors praised the efforts of the brother, the Governor of the Governorate.  Aden aims to end the land problems in Bir Ahmed. He also noted that the fluctuation and turmoil that Aden is witnessing these days does not amount to the development of positive actions.

  Therefore, we call for the continuation of sincere and effective efforts to improve the conditions of public services, combat corruption, enhance security, rule of law and good governance. The leadership of the Center stood before the positive developments and efforts witnessed by the governorate of Aden in a number of public life fields, and in light of our follow-up and evaluation of these joint efforts and activities in which the leadership of the Aden Conference participated.  The center, represented by Dr. Ihab Abdel Qader, his first deputy, Tawfiq Bahmeish, the vice-chairman of the conference, the vice president of the Aden National Center for Media Affairs, Mr. Hussein Al-Thaibi, and a number of leaders of the various sectors of the center: women, security, health, anti-corruption, legal affairs, strategic studies and human rights in the center, including:

 - Attending the first expanded meeting at the invitation of the Southern Transitional Council (Studies Department of the General Secretariat).

 Attending the third forum of study centers organized by the Transitional Council at the invitation of the Studies Department of the General Secretariat.

 - Signing a partnership and compatibility agreement with the Hadhramaut Knowledge Center for Strategic Studies and Research.

 - Attending a water management workshop, which was held under the supervision of the Southern Transitional Council.

 - Attending workshops and dialogue forums at the Yemen Center for Studies in Important Issues to Enhance Public Security at the levels of M / Masirah, Khormaksar and Mansoura, as well as participating in the quarterly forum to discuss the outcomes of the forums and in the presence of decision makers, each with its specialization and official governmental tasks.

 - Forming a strategic planning work team in the Seerah Directorate, commissioned by Eng.  Nizar Haitham, head of the local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council, to evaluate the work of the local authority, and a database of human manpower was prepared in the district, and the evaluation report was submitted, with an attached strategic plan for the next five years, which won approval, and we were assigned to go to the rest of the districts,

 And to see its work in preparation for the implementation of (a project presented by the Center to improve the performance of the local authority directorates) starting from February 2022 until next November and in two phases, each phase 4 directorates of the M / Aden directorates, and it will train a total number of 800 trainees in programs that include awareness programs on the most important issues  The urgent need for 400 directorates in illiteracy and adult education programs.

 The meeting was held with the leaders of five directorates, and there are only three directorates left, who will be seated during the first week of January.

 - Coordination with two international donor organizations to finance the total cost of the project, and they responded by discussing the merits of the project during January 2022 with us.

 - Aden conference and center will adopt a center for education via WhatsApp "online" at symbolic prices in appreciation of the conditions of those wishing to collect and increase job opportunities.

  The leadership of the center discussed the urgent issues that the government, local authorities and security leaders in the governorate of Aden have undertaken recently by forming the board of directors of the central bank and giving the opportunity to those with scientific competencies and experiences of a specialized economic and financial nature and taking into account the requirement of integrity, which was also accompanied by presidential directives in the supply of various state revenues to  The Central Bank of Aden, the follow-up to the export of gas and oil, and the delivery of its will to the Central Bank and the Oil Company.  Narcotic drugs, follow-up to drug smuggling, detect large quantities of them and refer them to the judiciary, follow-up and control drug prices, powers, quality and safety of its scientific and health components, re-improving, activating and restructuring police stations in the districts, approving the principle of empowering women in the women’s police in leadership and executive positions within police stations, and the interaction of partnership between some ministries  (finance and  Oil) with the Supreme National Anti-Corruption Authority and the government’s interest in confronting corruption in the revenue institutions (refineries), and at a time when all greetings and appreciation are directed to these participatory efforts that took place with the rest of the institutions and relevant authorities and all those who worked and interacted with them positively, and we hope to achieve more efforts to establish  These good deeds and their comprehensiveness in the rest of the public services and human rights in which there is a lot of suffering and violations of the right to a decent human life for citizens in the city of Aden, especially as it is the most affected in various areas of daily human life.
