Today, Wednesday, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting headed by Mr. Fadl Muhammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General.

 The meeting discussed the report submitted by the political department, which dealt with the most prominent topics and issues on the southern arena during the past two weeks, and the events it included related to the south, its people and its cause.

 The meeting also reviewed a report on the level of performance of the local leadership in the Socotra archipelago governorate, the extent to which the strength of the bodies in the governorate and its directorates are completed, and the level of achievement in the activities of the bodies in it.

 In another context, the meeting praised the masses of the southern masses that came out in a number of governorates, to express their support for the Hadrami gift and its legitimate demands, stressing the cohesion of the people of the south in all its regions and governorates.

 The meeting had also reviewed the report on the activities of the general secretariat departments and their activities during the past week, in addition to its previous minutes and approved it.
