The valley of Hadhramaut governorate lives under the weight of a military zone that was formed for the purpose of protecting the oil companies producing crude oil, while basically it is to protect the top influential people in the state who control the oil of the rich governorate, and most of them are from outside, and it is now living in a clear occupation situation, with the presence of more than 40 thousand soldiers from the governorates  North.

 This military region, which is teeming with heavily armed brigades with heavy and medium weapons, and combat aircraft, and whose leaders are loyal to the Muslim Brotherhood (the reform in Yemen), its scope of spread has become a haven for elements of terrorism who have tasted the Hadramis of assassinations, murder and abuse.

 Hadramis called the Valley of the Governorate (Valley of Death) under a brotherly military rule that suppressed every voice calling for the restoration of the state of the south, and the people of the governorate took over the protection of their governorate and the fight against terrorism, and they practiced terrorism against the people and everyone who raised the slogan of the south.

 And what clearly confirms that these killings, repression, kidnappings and arrests… operations occur near the first military region, and therefore all information and data indicate that criminals are killed in cold blood and then head to the first region as a safe haven for them.

 The series of assassinations in the valley increases and worsens as the days pass and voices rise against the region, and every assassination is recorded against an unknown, despite the presence of approximately 40,000 soldiers within the units of the first military region deployed in the districts of the valley, at a time when the fronts of the provinces are suffering against the Houthis.

 The continuous terrorist crimes have proven the level of ease of movement of these elements in Wadi Hadramawt, due to the presence of the appropriate atmosphere in carrying out their operations against civilians and Hadrami military cadres, amid silence from the forces of the first region, which did not move a finger in deterring terrorist elements.

 Wadi Hadramawt has recently witnessed complete terror among civilians, after the spread of terrorist elements whose operations against civilians were not stopped by the First Region Command.

 He stressed that this region is a danger to Hadramawt and the south in general, stressing that its mission is to support chaos and terrorism and suppress free voices.

 He added that the Brotherhood's forces moved tens of thousands of fighters with their full military capabilities from Seiyun, Ma'rib and Shabwa, when they wanted to storm Aden, and today they claim that they have no capabilities to confront the Houthis and liberate the north.

 He explained that the Brotherhood is colonizing the south and wants the southerners to liberate the north, and this is an unnatural equation that is difficult to explain.

 The official spokesman of the Southern Transitional Council, Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, said that the condemned criminal acts are only issued by the brutal occupying forces and an extension of the series of crimes and violations that those tyrannical forces continued to practice against the freedmen of Wadi Hadhramaut, and a confirmation of their arrogance and persistence in these occupation practices.

 He affirmed full support for the people of Hadhramaut Valley in order to enable them to run their directorates and rid them of the crimes of these usurping military forces that sponsor terrorism.

 Member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, Brigadier General Ahmed Muhammad Ba’alem, in a tweet to him about what Hadhramout is witnessing from the large number of assassinations and security chaos, the first military region has become a security problem in Hadramout Governorate

 He added, "There is no more time and waiting until many of the sons of Hadramawt are killed, and the Hadrami elite must be empowered in the Hadramaut valley and desert to enjoy security and stability."

 He pointed out that all the assassinations originate from the first military region, which targets the Hadrami elite and the sons of Hadramawt, whose forces are deployed in the valley and the desert for their own goals, and spread the series of assassinations.

 While the head of the Hadramawt General Meeting’s Implementation Committee “Haro” and the head of the Hadrami escalation committee, Sheikh Hassan al-Jabri, stressed the continuation of the escalation until the demands are met and the forces of the first region leave from Wadi Hadramawt.

 Al-Jabri added, in a press statement, that “the first military region must leave and empower the people of Hadhramaut to protect the sovereignty of the land.

 He stressed that the escalation will not stop until the demands are met and the forces of the first region leave Wadi Hadramawt, in implementation of the Riyadh Agreement.

 Social media campaigns:

 Media campaigns expressed the extent of the great and tragic resentment experienced by the people of Hadramout Valley districts, as a result of the security chaos and the failure of the security services from the forces of the first military region to protect citizens and their negligence in their work, which led to the collapse of the security system.

 Activists on social networking sites launched various solidarity campaigns from the southern governorates, and their campaigns include calling for the extension of the Hadrami Elite Forces in Hadhramaut Valley with the final exit of the forces of the First Region.

 The political forces in Hadhramaut governorate and the rest of the southern governorates have unanimously agreed that the only solution to the security lawlessness crisis in Hadramawt Valley is to hand over the security file to the Hadrami Elite Forces and the need for them to intervene urgently to control the entrances to the valley to complete the process of completely clearing Hadramout of terrorist groups.
