The Presidency of the Transitional Council condemns the campaign of suppression and terrorism of the Brotherhood's militia against the demonstrators in Seiyun

The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, in its meeting held this morning, Monday, headed by Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Council, Governor of the capital, Aden, praised the free will of the people of Hadhramaut, which was embodied by the popular movements of the people of the governorate in their mass mobilization that witnessed the city of Seiyun last Saturday, to demand the transfer of  The occupying military forces of Wadi Hadramout to the fronts of confrontation with the Houthi militia.
 The Presidency expressed its pride in the solid stances of the people of Hadhramaut and their valor in confronting the arrogance of the military forces occupying the valley areas, and their steadfastness in the face of the methods of repression and arrogance pursued by these forces intrusive into Hadhramaut, renewing its position in support of the will of the people of Hadhramaut and their right to administer their own governorate.
 The Presidency strongly condemned the campaign of repression and terrorism carried out by those forces by firing live bullets at the peaceful, unarmed protesters from Hadramawt who flocked from the various districts of the governorate to participate in the mass mobilization that the city of Sayun witnessed to prevent them from reaching the rally square.
 In a separate context, the Presidency, in its meeting this morning, stood before the developments of the political and military situation in all southern governorates through a detailed report presented by the Decision-Making Support Center. It also discussed the latest developments in the security situation and the measures taken to establish the pillars of security and stability in the capital, Aden, and other southern governorates.
 In a related context, the Presidency of the Council expressed, in its meeting, its condemnation of the arbitrary measures taken by the leadership of the Ministry of Interior to dismiss dozens of members of the Special Security Forces in Aden-Abyan, and replace them with militia members for their refusal to join the Muslim Brotherhood militias to confront their brothers in Shakra, and their remaining in their areas of work.  It regretted the silence of the prime minister in the face of these irresponsible behavior, asking him to assume his responsibilities in resolving these problems and expediting the payment of their salaries as soon as possible.
 The meeting also touched on a number of other military and security issues on the agenda, and the necessary measures were taken in their regard.
