The identification of the Brotherhood’s flags, militias, and military formations with the terrorist flags of al-Qaeda and ISIS is linked to the reality of coordination and integration in controlling the land and carrying out propaganda intimidation and terrorist acts outside their common theater of operations.

 The umbrella of what is known as legitimacy, its authorities, and its security, military and media apparatuses controlled by the Brotherhood played a role in sustaining this identification and integration, which was not without exposure in a crude way, and the same legitimacy did not hesitate to whitewash it or cover its exposure.

 The scene of the convergence of the branch with its origin - Al-Qaeda and the Brotherhood - crossed the limits of contiguity, hosting, and the temporary residence program, which ends with the branch passing the stage of education on violence and adulthood in preparation and intellectual and material preparation, the rank of brutality.

 In other words, the relationship between the two parties has become more intimate since before, and there are several reasons for their return to coexistence according to the one family system - the Brotherhood’s family of terrorism.  Decades of common interests between the Yemeni Brotherhood and its terrorist wings, and the Sanaa regime was chosen in its attempts to manufacture terrorism with a southern identity.

 As for the second reason that moved the relationship between the Brotherhood’s terrorism and its offshoots, Al-Qaeda and ISIS, to the stage of sheltering and sustenance, it is due to the scarcity of material resources for Al-Qaeda and ISIS elements due to the interruption of their funding supplies due to international measures related to combating the financial sources of terrorism and its organizations.

 In view of this, it was not difficult for the Islah party, the arm of the Brotherhood in Yemen, as it is working to strengthen its army and militias and supply it with terrorist fighters to regain all its terrorist tools in its war on the south to win over the remnants of al-Qaeda who found themselves in difficult financial conditions unable to support their families and accommodate them within  his military formations.

 In light of the above, the directorates of the Abyan governorate, which is still under the control of militias and the Brotherhood’s army, have become a practical model for the coexistence of al-Qaeda and the Brotherhood, a scene for its crimes and interests, and a springboard to achieve its old, renewed terrorist agendas in the south.  You are always known today as the Brotherhood's terrorist family.

 The leadership of the local authority in the governorate of Abyan is not excused from what is happening, at least it adopts the demands of citizens for the return of the security belt to the districts of the central region, or it expresses a declared position on a scheme that is in fact a repetition of targeting Abyan governorate and inflicting its pain in front of the eyes and ears of leaders from its sons, headed by President Hadi.

 This authority faces an embarrassing situation regarding the fate of the kidnapped United Nations employees, as well as the request of the Brotherhood’s military leaders who have been working since 2019 to manage the file of transferring al-Qaeda and ISIS elements to Abyan and recruiting them into their military formations.  Elements of the terrorist al-Qaeda organization last Friday kidnapped a number of United Nations employees, including the security and safety official, “Akme Sofiol”, but those military leaders who have extensive relations with al-Qaeda and ISIS elements have the ability to extract a position from the highest level of legitimacy on which to base their upcoming war with the nations  The United Nations, as the brothers of the presidential establishment who are behind the obstruction of the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, especially the military side of it, will not be embarrassed to underestimate the mentality of the international community in a kidnapping incident that took place in the presence of protection accompanying the United Nations team, consisting of two military groups of Brotherhood military units.

 During the five days that have passed since the kidnapping of United Nations employees, the so-called al-Zamki is at the forefront of the scene.  It is clear to the eye that both the kidnapper and the mediator want to obtain a ransom and believe that the United Nations will pay against their will. Therefore, it is not surprising that the demands and conditions change overnight, with the exception of the condition of the financial ransom.

 In general, the position of the United Nations and the Security Council should not be limited to thinking about the conditions of terrorist elements, but should focus first and foremost on the danger of the existence and survival of such terrorist military formations under the cover of legitimacy.  Security and stability of the region.
