Ali Abdullah Al Kathiri, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, head of the National Southern Media Authority, in the presence of Brigadier General Saeed Ahmed Saeed al-Muhammadi, head of the Executive Authority of the Hadhramaut Transition, chaired an expanded meeting, which included representatives of the National Assembly from Hadhramaut, and the Executive Authority of the Transitional Governorate.
Today, Sunday, Al Kathiri reviewed the political developments on the southern arena, and developments related to the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, providing a brief explanation of the discussions and deliberations that took place during the past two and a half months in Riyadh and Abu Dhabi, with the aim of Accelerate the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement.
Al Kathiri listed the achievements of the council’s delegation during that period, despite the intransigence and procrastination of parties in the legitimacy in implementing the terms of the agreement, referring to the change that occurred in the board of directors of the Central Bank, and the dismissal of the Brotherhood’s authority in Shabwa.
Al-Kathiri stressed that the Transitional Council strongly adopts the liberation of Wadi Hadramout, and the change of governors and security directors in the rest of the southern governorates, as in Aden and Shabwa, explaining that the Riyadh agreement directed the equal government to unite forces to confront the Houthi militia, and to address services and everything related to the lives of citizens.
Al-Kathiri expressed his regret that no progress was achieved in these three files, attributing the reason to the major defect in the legitimacy presidency system, which deliberately starves the people of the south and tortures them with the weapon of services, noting that the negotiating delegation raised this matter to the brothers in the Arab coalition and the ambassadors of the five countries. And he made it clear to them that the council would not be silent for long over the war on services and salaries.
Al Kathiri expressed his optimism that a breakthrough would happen soon, to which the brothers in the Gulf Cooperation Council would attend, reiterating that the Transitional Council relies primarily on the unity of the southern ranks and its strong belief in the justice of its cause, and the readiness and readiness of its valiant armed forces.
Al Kathiri pointed out that the Transitional Council formed a committee for the Southern Southern Dialogue, with the aim of strengthening southern cohesion, and agreeing on a vision for the features of a southern federal state, pointing out that the council is currently preoccupied with the future, so it is open to all southern national forces, and called on everyone, without exception.
