After the announcement of the government of parity between the south and the north in implementation of the Riyadh Agreement signed between the Southern Transitional Council and the government of President Hadi, the members of the government moved to the capital, Aden, for the goal that was agreed upon and for which this agreement was signed, which is to normalize life in the southern governorates, and to address the collapsed economic situation that cast a shadow  on the lives of citizens with the collapse and absence of services in all fields, the interruption of salaries for state employees in the civil and military corps, and the loss of currency for its purchasing value against foreign currencies;  All this did not suffice for this people to restore the Brotherhood’s compass of its war towards the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist group. Rather, the Brotherhood, through its ministers in the government, continued its hostile approach and followed a policy of war of services, spreading chaos and terrorism in the southern governorates.

 The movements of Ibrahim Haidan, Minister of Interior of the equal government, appointed from President Hadi’s share in the government formation, in the southern governorates indicate beyond doubt his loyalty to the Muslim Brotherhood, which controls the presidential decision, while the citizens and a large segment of the interior’s employees in the south are waiting for Haidan to be recovered  However, upon his arrival in the capital, Aden, he proceeded to implement the directives of Vice President Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, the military commander of the Brotherhood and its terrorist formations in Yemen.

 Under partisan directives, the so-called Haidan left the capital, Aden, and settled in Seiyun, Hadhramaut governorate, taking from it a center for managing the Ministry of the Interior instead of the capital, Aden, and as a cover for the implementation of the Brotherhood’s terrorist plans in order to strengthen their presence in the governorate rich in oil and minerals, which is known in any society if you want to extend your control over it.  I will spread strife and chaos among the circles of society so that you can extend your influence and reach your goals;  This is what Haidan deliberately implemented in Hadramout at the behest of the Brotherhood, where he issued a decision earlier to form a branch of the Special Forces of the Brotherhood in the coast of Hadramawt, which is controlled by the Hadrami Elite Forces after its liberation from the arrest of the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda, one of the arms of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood.

 The decision of the so-called Haidan to form the Special Forces, which consists of ideological and extremist Brotherhood elements, like the case of the Shabwa branch, is intended as an alternative to public security, and parallel to the Hadrami Elite Forces.  a clear violation of the Riyadh Agreement, which provides for compatibility;  Following the decision, calls escalated to confront and confront these malicious endeavors.

 Political analyst Saeed Bakran said in his tweet to him on the Twitter platform: “The method of provocation run by Haidan in Mukalla must stop, and he demanded the protection of the Hadhramaut coast from the tampering of Hadi and his sons and the terrorist Brotherhood organization, and indicated that the Brotherhood seeks to ignite sedition and division in the security-stable coast and they want revenge for the organization  Al-Qaeda, who had made Mukalla his base emirate in the eyes of Hadi and his gang.

 In a move that observers see as circumventing the demands of the Hadrami gift represented in the departure of the forces of the first military region, Haidan announced the start of implementing President Hadi’s directives to recruit 3 thousand of Hadhramaut sons in the Ministry of Interior to secure the districts of Hadhramaut Valley and Desert, and Haidan inaugurated a training camp for the first batch, but with a partisan character.  The camp received groups of Brotherhood militias coming from Taiz, Ibb, Amran, and Dhamar on the grounds that they are Hadramis, in an effort to secure a longer and broader Brotherhood presence in Wadi Hadramout to exacerbate chaos and continue looting the governorate’s wealth.

 In a statement issued by it, the Hadhrami Hiba leadership rejected: “Any recruitment process with a partisan character, and warned Haidan against tampering with the security file and trying to jump and circumvent the demands of the people of Hadhramaut with unthought-out steps and without agreeing to them.  Yes, known goals and will not give up.”

 Stop the Police College

 Brotherhood steps through Haidan to ease the state of continuous popular anger at the first military region, where the so-called Haidan stopped the second batch at the Police College in Mukalla while it was in the middle of its academic year, and instructed the Dean of the Police College to stop studying the second batch and give them an open leave, as this step met with widespread popular rejection of this  The decision, which is not in the interest of the people of Hadramawt and the south.

 The sources indicate that stopping the activity of the Police College in Hadhramaut is due to Haidan's attempts to enter the files of people from Taiz governorate into the Hadrami college, but the local authority in Hadhramaut refuses to accept any individual from outside the governorates of Hadramaut, Shabwa, and Al-Mahra.

 The Hadrami al-Hiba leadership, called Haidan, warned against compromising the achievement of Hadhramaut “Police College” by asking him to undo these steps that contribute to destabilizing security and stability, or he must leave urgently from the governorate, and the al-Hiba leadership indicated that “the Minister of Interior has breached all his pledges before the committee to implement the outcomes of the meeting.  Hadhramout the year (Haro) and his commitment that the recruitment will be from all the people of Hadramout as a whole and will not be subject to the partisan criterion, and this is what he contradicted today in his recent moves.”

 Al-Hiba’s leadership described the actions of the Minister of Interior Haidan as no longer understood, especially after the two steps of partisan recruitment and stopping the activity of the Police College, which negatively reflects on the role of security and stability in Hadhramaut, noting that “Hadhramaut has become clear to it that these behaviors are unacceptable and do not show either the open hostility to the people of Hadramout.”  Which requires the intervention of the local authority and the Arab coalition to urgently stop these absurd behaviors.”

 The head of the Alliance bloc and the Hadhramaut Mosque for Hadramawt and the South, Salem bin Sumayda, expressed his rejection of the party recruitment attempts and said in his blogging to him on Twitter: “Partisan recruitment for the Minister of Interior is rejected because it is an attempt to circumvent the demands of the Hadrami gift and another tampering is added to the tampering with the security system in Wadi Hadramawt and the explanation for this step.”  It is completed by his other decision to suspend the Police College in Hadhramaut.”

 Media activist Muhammad Bahdad noted in his Facebook post, "The Minister of Interior is leading a scheme in Hadhramaut to enable the Islah Party, the political arm of the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen, to control the coast of the province."

 He added: "The Brotherhood seeks to target the security of Mukalla, undermine its stability, and reactivate the forces of terrorism and revenge for al-Qaeda."  At the end of his post, he appealed: "Stop Minister Ibrahim Haidan before it is too late."

 Observers explain the absurd movements of the so-called Haidan in Hadramout aiming to drag the governorate into the square of violence and chaos, to ease pressure on the Islah party, the political arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen, in light of the growing popular calls and the expansion of peaceful protests demanding the departure of the terrorist Brotherhood militia represented in the first military region of  Hadhramout Valley and Desert, implementing the military part of the Riyadh Agreement by withdrawing and moving towards the fronts, and enabling the Hadrami Elite Forces to extend their control over the entire territory of Hadhramaut Governorate and secure it from the terrorist forces that take the camps of the first region as their headquarters, and as their base for carrying out their criminal operations against the citizens.
