Today, Wednesday, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting, headed by Professor Fadl Muhammad al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General.

 At the beginning of the meeting, the meeting stood for a minute of silence for the martyrs of the terrorist bombing, which targeted the convoy of the commander of the security belt in the Abyan Delta, Abdul Latif Al-Sayed, which led to the fall of a number of martyrs and wounded.

 The meeting reviewed the draft organizational work plan for the meetings of the General Secretariat during the second quarter of this year (April - May - June 2022 AD) and the accompanying work mechanism for the implementation of the draft meeting plan.

 The meeting listened to an explanation from the Youth and Students Department about the details of the student youth and sports activities implemented by the department during the last period, as well as the difficulties and challenges facing its work progress and proposals to overcome them.

 The meeting touched on the political, economic, security and service developments in the southern national arena, in addition to the organizational and administrative issues related to the level of organizational and administrative work in the departments of the General Secretariat and the executive bodies of the local leaders of the local leaders in the governorates.

 The meeting also reviewed and approved the weekly activity reports of the departments of the General Secretariat, in addition to the minutes of its previous meeting.
