The Supreme Committee for Legal Affairs in the Transitional Council warns of the dangers of unilateral measures on the negotiating process

 Today, Thursday, the Supreme Committee for Legal Affairs of the Southern Transitional Council held an extraordinary meeting headed by Prof.  Dr..  Saad Mohammed, Saad Chairman of the Committee.
 The meeting discussed the progress of preparations for the negotiations to resolve the Yemeni crisis and the issue of the south, the proposed proposals and their legal implications.
 The committee stood in front of the irresponsible behavior, in violation of the objectives of forming a government of equal parity, and the dealing of some leaders in the state agencies to implement the law, especially some of the Appeal Prosecutions, with the recommendations issued, through unilateral decisions from certain parties in contravention of the provisions of the law, and the dealing of some agencies with the unilateral measures issued by some ministers  and leaders in state bodies regarding appointment.
 The committee stressed the illegality of dealing with any unilateral decisions, and warned of their dangers to the continuity of the Riyadh Agreement and the coalition's efforts to prepare for a peaceful solution to the crisis in general.
  The committee concluded its meeting by reviewing the requests for legal advice submitted by the council bodies, and took a number of measures related to its internal work, and what is required in their regard.
