The first military region in Hadhramaut for terrorism and smuggling services

sadaalhakika
The positions of the forces of the Sana’a regime united around it, and the terrorist organizations agreed to antagonize those who oppose them.
What is the function and tasks of the first military region!… When and how is it used and against whom?
Are they Brotherhood, Houthi, or Fascist!… Were they built and armed as Yemeni military units, or are they militias representing the occupation regime and terrorist organizations!
These and other questions were answered frankly and clearly by the occupying forces. Recently, the Speaker of the Yemeni Parliament, Sultan al-Barakani, said that they are in the “legitimate” leadership. They see that the transfer of the forces of the First Military District to the fronts is a conspiracy to bring down Hadhramaut and al-Mahra, meaning that all the forces of Sana’a are involved under the umbrella of the so-called  Legitimacy is keen to keep Hadhramaut valley and desert occupied by the northern forces of the First Military District, and there is no intention to fight al-Houthi and restore Sanaa from his grip.
In the structure of the Yemeni occupation forces, both the Houthi and the Brotherhood, they are called the First Military District. They are also on the ground, militias and brotherhood military formations loyal to the Houthis spread in all directorates and towns of the Wadi and the Hadhramaut desert, and the Yemeni forces involved in legitimacy as the Brotherhood consider them within the so-called National Army loyal to them and in return classify them  The terrorist Houthi militia is on the list of Yemeni military units that are committed not to give up what the militias call “national sovereignty.” This term is ironic, and the justification is that it is given similar use by the Yemeni forces organized under the umbrella of (legitimacy) that claim to oppose and fight the Iranian project and its Houthi militias.  The same malicious project is taking control of most of the northern governorates, including its capital, Sana’a, as a neglect of Yemeni national sovereignty.
Saleh Afash, before his alliance with the Houthis ends in the mortuary in late 2017, revealed in an interview with the Iranian-backed Al-Mayadeen TV about what he called the “government” of Sana’a’s keenness not to dismantle the first military region, stressing that the authority of Sana’a “the Houthis are fascist,” and at that time continued  Regarding the payment of salaries to the region’s employees, and on whether the region’s brigades and commanders are among the loyal Yemeni military units that are subject to the so-called legitimate government, Afash said: “The declared position of the first military region is only in order to obtain salaries from the Arab coalition.”
The safety valve of the smuggled weapons of the Houthi movement
In the assessment of the Houthis, the first military region is a safety valve for the arrival of its supplies of smuggled weapons and a protector for its logistical arteries that pass within the map of the spread of its formations and militias in the Hadhramaut valley and desert from Al-Mahra to the Yemeni governorate of Ma’rib, which is described by smuggling networks in the safe area, and therefore any operation to cut these  The arteries must be removed from the skin covering them, as stipulated in the Riyadh Agreement.
Reports, including the UN, confirm that all arms smuggling operations to the Houthis are run by the Iranian regime through multiple methods, methods, and complex networks that often violate international resolutions banning weapons for militias, including the recent Security Council resolution. These reports indicate that most smuggling operations come from the Arabian Sea and pass through  More than one itinerary, but all of these lines start from Al-Mahra Governorate and pass through the Hadhramaut valley and desert.
During the past two years, the number of smuggling operations of arms and oil derivatives for the Houthi militia increased, and in conjunction with the launch of the Hadrami uprising and the changes it caused in its first phase, the process of bringing the curtain down on the intimate relationship between the units and militias of the first military region and the Yemeni forces that continues for the seventh year to present the theatrical conflict in the regions  In fact, it is closer to stations for the delivery and receipt of smuggled weapons and a free market in which war merchants from the Houthi and Brotherhood militias share the Hadhramaut’s oil and mineral wealth.
 *General Brotherhood Coupon*
It became clear that the Houthi arms smuggling operations take place on its land path, starting from the sea ports, in an easy way to reverse its maritime path, through the facilities provided by the Brotherhood authority in the Mahra and Shabwa governorates (Bin Adyo) through the sea ports. Qena port has been a transit port for smuggled Iranian weapons  Including drones.
The transfer of smuggled weapons to the Houthi militia, as well as oil derivatives, to the point of receipt and delivery is carried out through military and political influence networks that operate in an integrated manner.  And camouflage, as smuggling shipments of smuggled weapons to the Houthi militia require a camouflaging operation that hides them from the intelligence eyes of the Arab coalition and international bodies and organizations specialized in arms smuggling and illegal armament crimes.
The money that the First Military District earns from securing and facilitating the passage of smuggled arms shipments to the Houthi militia, as well as camouflaging smuggling operations, goes to the accounts of senior leaders in the legitimacy, and of course the brotherly General Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, who has the lion’s share in all the crimes of looting of Hadramout’s wealth and smuggling that passes through its valley and desert.
In contrast to its management of coordination between the sender, the mediator and the recipient, there are influential conference leaders, whether in legitimacy or those who are still in alliance with the Houthi militias, receiving their share of the money and inputs of smuggling arms shipments to the Houthis.
 *summary of the three functions*
In general, it is closer to formations, militias and armed proliferation that performs the function of wrapping the arteries of Houthi supplies with shipments of smuggled weapons. On the other hand, the first military region has proven in its historical and close relationship with terrorist elements and its role in the settlement and expansion of the activities of these elements in Wadi Hadramout that it is a terrible security nightmare for the residents of the cities and towns of Hadramout Valley and the desert  And employees of international organizations and missions there, and one of their functions is to suppress every peaceful mass event in which the people of Hadhramaut Valley renew their demands for the northern forces to leave their areas in accordance with the Riyadh Agreement.
 *sponsored terrorism*
It is not possible to separate the growth of criminal terrorist activity in the valley and desert of Hadhramaut from the safe environment and favorable conditions provided by the first military region and its militias and brotherhood military formations for terrorist groups, and it became clear that these terrorist elements and groups are merely executive tools of Brotherhood military leaders that oversee the suppression and silence of the Hadrami voice.  Demands for the departure of the occupation forces represented in the first military region of the Hadhramaut valley and desert.
And the facts and events have proven that the relationship of the Brotherhood’s forces and militias organized under the name of the first military area with terrorist organizations is the relationship of the part of the whole, the relationship of establishing the presence and providing sources of wealth and financing.  March 5, 2022 when terrorist elements kidnapped a number of foreign nationals
The people of Hadhramaut unite in their gift what their Southern Transitional Council confirmed and included in the priority of its sovereign goals, that there is no security or stability in Hadramawt in general and the valley in particular except by completing the liberation of all the lands of the south from the domination of the Yemeni occupation, and that the stability of Hadramawt Valley depends on the expulsion of the militias of the first region with dual loyalty to the Brotherhood  And the Houthis and empowering the Hadrami elite from every inch of Hadramawt.
