In the presence of President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice-President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Leadership Council held a meeting today, Saturday, headed by Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi and in the presence of council members Tariq Saleh, Dr. Abdullah Al-Alimi, Othman Majali and Abdul Rahman Al-Muharrami.

 The meeting was devoted to discussing the topics on the council's agenda in the political, military, security, economic and service aspects, and a number of decisions were taken regarding topics regarding a number of urgent issues that affect the life and security of citizens.

 The Presidential Leadership Council affirmed its support for the international efforts led by the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, in order to establish peace and end the suffering of Yemenis.

 He reiterated his adherence to the humanitarian truce, stressing the need to urgently lift the Houthi siege on all besieged cities.
