On Thursday, June 16, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in the capital, Aden, the Organizational Department of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council concluded its training course in administrative skills "meeting management, decision-making, time management", presented to the heads and deputies of the departments of the General Secretariat, under the auspices of the Commander-in-Chief  Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, in the presence of Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General.

 Mr. Mansour Zaid, Head of the Organizational Department, said on the last days of the three-day session, that it is of great importance in the organizational and administrative aspect, as they sought through it to support the administrative skills of the leaders of the secretariat departments, noting that the Organizational Department will continue its efforts to provide  Everything that would enhance the organizational level of the cadre in the Transitional Council.

 On the final day of the course, which comes within the training program for modern supervisory management provided by the regulatory department in the General Secretariat, the trainees received an explanation of the concept of decision-making and the levels of participation in it, in addition to a series of logical steps that precede it. Participants were also introduced to the foundations of administrative decision-making and the factors that  Affect decision-making and common mistakes in decision-making.

 At the end of the course, Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General, and Mr. Mansour Zaid, Head of the Organizational Department, presented certificates of participation in the course to the participants.
