The Administrative Board of the National Assembly holds its meeting headed by Major General Ben Brik to discuss preparations for the fifth session

On Sunday, June 19, the Administrative Board of the National Assembly held its periodic meeting headed by Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, President of the National Assembly, and in the presence of his two deputies, Mr. Lotfi Shatara, member of the Presidency, and Dr. Anis Luqman.
 
 At the beginning of the meeting, the administrative body stood for one minute of silence to recite Surat Al-Fatihah on the soul of the deceased, member of the National Assembly, Mr. Abdullah Alawi Ba'alawi.
 
 During the meeting, the President of the Assembly touched on the progress of preparations for the fifth session of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, which will be held on 21-22 of this month, and the invitation extended to the members in accordance with the decision of President Commander Aidours Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, to invite the Assembly to convene and the issues that the session will stand before it  Prepared documents and arrangements for inviting guests who will participate in the opening session of the session, discussion of the agenda and the role that members of the administrative body should play in arranging and organizing the course of the session.
 
 Major General Bin Brik stressed that the assembly’s fifth session comes after a series of accelerating events, including the announcement of the transfer of power, the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council and the development of a road map for the transitional phase to achieve the council’s strategy in achieving the aspirations of the people of the south, stressing the need to stand in front of the citizens’ problems and concerns during the session.  , especially the living and service conditions, so that they are reflected in the decisions and recommendations, pointing out that the stage is difficult and delicate, and the unity of the southern ranks must be united during this stage and beyond.
 The administrative body also stood before the reports that will be presented on the agenda of the session and were approved by it.
