On Wednesday, June 29, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting in the capital, Aden, headed by Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General.

 The meeting reviewed what was stated in the expanded meeting chaired by President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, with the Presidency of the Transitional Council, heads of committees and departments in the National Assembly and the General Secretariat, and local bodies in the governorates, centers and specialized committees of the Council.  In the presence of Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Secretary-General, Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, and Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, President of the National Assembly, where the General Secretariat confirmed what the meeting came out of, stressing the progress according to what was stated and working to implement it in all fields.

 The meeting discussed a number of issues related to the political, economic, service and security developments in the southern arena, in addition to issues related to administrative and organizational work in the departments of the General Secretariat and executive bodies in the governorates.

 The meeting reviewed the performance report of the work of the organizational department during the second quarter of the current year 2022 AD, which included periodic reports, activities and events of the department, in addition to the most prominent challenges and difficulties that faced the work of the department during the reporting period.

 The meeting also reviewed the performance report of the political department during the first quarter of the year 2022 AD, which contained the department’s activity during the months (January-February-March), including a summary of the department’s organizational performance as well as its most prominent activities and activities within the framework of its work plan for the mentioned period, in addition to the most important difficulties that faced  faced her work.

 The meeting reviewed the weekly activity reports of the departments of the General Secretariat and the most important achievements and tasks that they carried out. It also reviewed, approved and approved the minutes of its previous meeting.
