On Tuesday, July 5, the Southern Transitional Council Decision-Making Support Center held its seventh specialized meeting for the month of July, in the capital, Aden, headed by Dr. Khaled Bamedhaf, head of the center.
The meeting stood before a reading of the current political process, its challenges and implications in light of what was stated in the speech of President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, before the expanded meeting of the Presidency of the Council, the heads of committees, departments, local bodies, centers and specialized committees on the 26th of last June.
The meeting pointed out the importance of the current political process and its various strategies towards the current challenges and the need to deal with them, which take several tracks, including the implementation of the agreement and outcomes of the Riyadh consultations, strengthening the fateful relations with the Arab coalition countries, and confronting terrorist activities.
The meeting also noted that one of the tracks of the political process is to strengthen the interest of the southern popular base, and to normalize conditions and services in the capital, Aden, and the southern governorates.
The attendees at the meeting made a number of interventions in the same context in preparation for submitting them as recommendations to the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council.
