President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, met on Wednesday, July 20, with Dr. Saeed Al-Shamasi, Deputy Minister of Oil and Minerals.

 The Commander-in-Chief was briefed by Dr. Al-Shamasi on the work programs of the Ministry of Oil and Minerals, and the efforts made by the ministry’s branches and oil companies in the governorates to organize the process of importing oil derivatives, in line with international prices to maintain the stability of the supply situation in the local market.

 The Leader also heard from the Deputy Minister of Oil and Minerals, a brief explanation of the Ministry's plans to enhance investment opportunities in the gas sector in the governorates of Hadramawt and Shabwa, stressing the importance of providing an attractive environment for investment, and launching strategic projects in this vital sector, to achieve self-sufficiency and strengthen the national economy.  .
