President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a congratulatory message to President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, congratulating him on the 70th anniversary of the 23rd of July Revolution.

 Below is the text of the telegram:

 In the name of of Allah the Merciful

 On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the glorious July 23 Revolution, on my own behalf, and on behalf of the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council and the people of the south, I would like to address His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with my best congratulations, coupled with wishes of good health and happiness, and to wish His Excellency,  And the great people of Egypt to further elevation and progress.

 The people of the south share the leadership and people of Egypt in their joys and pride on this immortal occasion, which marked the beginning of the start of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its proud people towards glory and pride, which enabled it to play a great pioneering role in supporting the struggles and aspirations of the peoples eager for freedom, foremost of which is our southern people, who enjoyed  With great Egyptian support for the rise and victory of his blessed revolution, which culminated in complete independence on November 30, 1967 AD.

 The revolution of July 23, 1952, represented a milestone in the history of the liberation movement worldwide, and based on that, it has remained and still is a source of pride for our people, as well as the pride of the brotherly Egyptian people.

 At a time when we aspire that the relations of our two brotherly peoples will witness further growth and development, we pray to God Almighty to achieve for Egypt what it aspires to in terms of renaissance and upliftment, under its wise leadership headed by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
