President Al-Zubaidi stresses the importance of dialogue as a political approach to strengthening the unity of the southern ranks

President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, head of the Southern Transitional Council, stressed the importance of the south-south dialogue, as a human value, a civilizational phenomenon and a successful political approach to reach a charter of honor that embodies the unity of the southern ranks and expresses the collective will of the people of the south.
 This came when he chaired the periodic meeting of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council today, Saturday, in the presence of a number of council ministers in the government of parity, and the Southern Foreign National Dialogue Team.
  
 During its meeting, the Presidency heard a report on the set of understandings achieved by the Southern National Dialogue team during its meetings with the southern national forces in the diaspora, and the plans and mechanisms that the team will work on to start the second phase of the dialogue with the national forces in the south, which would unify visions and enhance work. The joint national embodiment of the unity of the southern ranks capable of achieving the goal of the people of the south by restoring their free and independent state and participating in building its institutions.
 In a separate context, the Presidency in its meeting stood in front of the security events in Shabwa governorate last week, and in this regard, the Presidency renewed its full support for all efforts made by the local authorities in the governorate headed by Governor Awad Al-Awlaki to stabilize the security situation and consolidate security and stability in the governorate.
 In its meeting, the Presidency touched on the latest developments related to the truce and the efforts of the United Nations and the international community to extend it in light of the continuous violations and violations by the Houthi militia against civilians in the seam areas, stressing that talk about extending the truce is worthless in light of the Houthi militia’s continued hostilities against civilians. The isolation and its refusal to open humanitarian corridors and the failure of the United Nations and the international community to pressure these militias to implement their obligations under the terms of the UN armistice.
