Out of our rejection of terrorism and its extremist organizations, and the suffering of our southern people as a result of the crimes of these organizations during the past decades, we believe that the killing of Ayman al-Zawahiri, the leader of the terrorist organization al-Qaeda, is welcome to all peoples who reject the mania of terrorism and its groups throughout the world, including our southern people who fought and are still waging a war against  That bloody obsession and those extremist groups.

 We renew our commitment to work with all our partners in the region and the world to combat this scourge of terrorism, its organizations and sponsors, and to secure our southern homeland from terrorist gangs intruding on our society, our culture, and the moderation of our true Islamic religion.
