President Commander Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, issued on Saturday, August 27, Resolution No. 8 of 2022, on the formation of the Southern National Dialogue teams.

The resolution included the following articles:

Article (1): The Southern National Dialogue teams shall constitute the following:

First: Internal Southern National Dialogue Team:

1. Dr. Saleh Mohsen Al-Hajj as President of the internal dialogue team.

2. Abdulsalam Qasim Massad as vice president of the team.

3. Dr. Nazlin Ahmed Omar Abdulaziz as a member.

4. Abdul Karim Ahmed Saeed as a member.

5. Abdel Nasser Saleh Mohammed Al-Jaari as a member.

6. Saleh Hussein Ahmed Al-fardi as a member

7. Dr. Jamal Qasim Saleh Al-nees as a member 

8. Dr. Saleh Muqtan Haimid Baqtyan as a member.

9. Dr. Jacqueline Mansour Ahmed Al Batani as a member.

10. Ali Zain bin Shindour as a member.

11. Salem Saleh Mohammed Nasser Al-Diani as a member.

12. Nasr Saleh Mohammed Harhara as a member.

13. Awad Ali Saeed Belhaf as a member.

14. Fahim Saif Ali Saeed, as a secretary and rapporteur of the team.

Second: Southern External National Dialogue Team:

1. Ahmed Omar bin Farid as President of the external dialogue team.

2. Dr. Ali Saleh Ali Abu Shama as vice president of the team.

3. Dr. Ali Nasser Haidara Al Zamaki as a member.

4. Dr. Saeed Salem Saeed Al Jariri as a member.

5. Adel Sadiq Mohsen Al-Shebhi as a member.

6. Al-Khader Nasr Mohammed Al-Sulaimani as a member.

7. Yahya Saleh Issa bin Afarar as a member.

Article (2): The two teams shall be assigned to hold consultations and dialogues with elites, personalities and southern components.

Article (3): The two teams shall work according to an action plan approved by the President of the Council, and shall submit periodic reports on the results of consultations and dialogues to the President of the Council.

Article (4): The two teams shall use such Southern legal persons as they deem appropriate, or members of the National Assembly.

Article (5): Any previous decision shall be repealed and this decision shall be effected from the date of its issuance and published by the media of the Council.
