President Al-Zubaidi praises the efforts of the Insurance Authority in regularizing the payment of retirees' pensions

President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council met in his office in the capital, Aden, on Sunday, September 4, Ali Nasser Al-Haddar, head of the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions.
 The President,  listened to an explanation of the activities of the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions during the year 2021 and the first half of 2022, praising the efforts made by the Authority’s presidency to regularly pay retirees’ pensions and its success in transferring the main center of the Authority from Sana’a to the capital, Aden, since 2016.
 President Al-Zubaidi discussed with the head of the authority possible ways to raise the minimum wage and submit it to the cabinet for discussion and approval, stressing the importance of making more efforts to improve work mechanisms in the authority that serve a large segment of retirees who have given their efforts in serving the public service.
 In the meeting, the President was briefed on the investments of the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions in the liberated areas, instructing the local authorities and security services in the governorates to recover the assets of the authority and expel the intruders of its buildings.
 For his part, Al-Haddar expressed his thanks and gratitude to President Al-Zubaidi for his supportive positions for the presidency of the authority and its support in its efforts to win the rights of retirees.
