President Commander Aidarous Qasim Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, and Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council stressed the importance of upgrading the military institution Physically and spiritually, and enhancing combat readiness, control and military linkage in all army units.

This came in a meeting with the Minister of Defense in the Parity government General Mohsen Al-Dari, on Monday, September 5, where he was briefed on the latest developments of the military situation and the deployment of the armed forces in the governorates of Abyan, Shabwa, and Hadhramout, and the plans and programs that were operating by the Ministry of Defense to upgrade the military institution to ensure the readiness of the armed forces to implement national tasks under the continuation of Al- Houthi and its continued violations of the International truce .
