The Yemeni occupation forces in the First Military District of Hadhramout Valley announced their refusal to implement the agreement and outcomes of Riyadh consultations, which stipulates the withdrawal of all military forces from the Hadhramout valley and desert and Al-Mahra to the fighting fronts in Marib and Al-Jawf to fight the Houthi militia, Iran’s arm in Yemen, and to empower the Hadhrami Elite forces to maintain security and stability and secure the Valley and desert from any terrorist acts.
This came in a meeting with the leaders of the brigades and military units affiliated with the militias of the First Military District loyal to the Muslim Brotherhood, led by the Muslim Brotherhood, Saleh Timis, who stressed the need to raise high combat vigilance and prepare to confront any movements or decisions aimed at removing the forces of the First Military District from the valley and desert of Hadhramout, as he put it, which refers to a clear challenge and rebellion against the Presidential Council and the outcomes of Riyadh agreement and consultations.
In the meeting, the rebel commander of the militias of the First Military District, Saleh Timis, also stressed the follow-up to the military situation and refused to implement any decisions that stipulate the expulsion of the forces of the First Military District from Hadhramout valley and desert, as stated in the outcomes of Riyadh agreement and consultations, describing these decisions as Saudi-Emirati decisions, as he put it, which is a clear evidence of their rebellion against the decisions of the Presidential Leadership Council and the Arab coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
Where the rebel Brotherhood militia, after the military meeting at the headquarters of the First Military District, has began implementing the roaming ban, deployed tanks and military armored vehicles, and began building barricades, digging trenches, and creating earth barriers, which threatens to drag Hadhramout valley and desert to detonate the military situation in it and rebel against the decisions of the Presidential Leadership Council to repeat the scenario of the Brotherhood rebellion that It happened in Shabwa governorate last August .
The Islah party militias stationed in the camps of the First Military District in the valley and desert of Hadhramout are leading a rebellion against the agreement and the outcomes of Riyadh consultations, which was agreed and signed between the Southern Transitional Council and the legitimate government, and under the direct supervision of the Arab coalition countries led by Saudi Arabia and with the presence of Arab and international organizations. Brotherhood militias are trying to obstruct this agreement through some of its representatives in the government and its members in the army, for the purpose of imposing a fait accompli and rebellion against the Presidential Leadership Council and the Arab Alliance, as happened in Shabwa Governorate on August 22 .
It is worth noting that Riyadh Agreement was not implemented on the ground due to the Brotherhood’s refusal to evacuate the governorates of Hadhramout and Al-Mahra, according to the provisions of the agreement and the outputs of Riyadh consultations, and to withdraw their forces and military arsenal from Hadhramout Valley and Al-Mahra governorate, and head towards the north to fight the Iranian-backed Houthi coup militias in an attempt by them continuing to dominate the southern governorates with military force and weapons piled up in the camps, which were not directed to the real enemy, which is Al- Houthi, but were directed towards the liberated southern governorates in a scenario similar to the summer war of 1994 and the occupation of the south again .
