President Al-Zubaidi praises the efforts of the Land Intervention Unit in protecting public and private properties in the capital, Aden

 President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, met on Thursday, September 8, with Captain Kamal Mutlaq Al-Halimi, commander of the intervention unit for land problems in the capital, Aden.
 The  President Commander listened from Captain Al-Halami to a brief explanation of the activity of the intervention unit for land problems in the capital, and the efforts it made to protect private and public lands and stop the encroachments that affect them, as well as its role in removing random construction, controlling disputes and disputants and referring them to the competent authorities.
 President Al-Zubaidi praised what the unit had accomplished since its establishment by a decision of the governor of the capital, Aden Ahmed Lamlas, in implementing legal prosecutions for violations and violators, stopping work on plans not issued by the Land Authority, State Real Estate and Urban Planning Authority, as well as controlling and regulating the movement of mechanisms working in the field of building and the work of block factories.  
 The Commander directed the unit’s leadership, to redouble its efforts, and to continue its work in coordination with the competent authorities, to prevent and control illegal brokering activities in the lands, and to stop any actions that violate  the purposes of urban plans, stressing his full support for the unit’s leadership and providing to it all possibilities to carry out its tasks.
 For his part, Captain Al-Halimi expressed his thanks and gratitude for the keenness and continuous interest of President Al-Zubaidi in the work of the unit, stressing that all the achievements of the unit in this file would not have been achieved without the support that was provided by President Al-Zubaidi, as well as the governor of the capital, Aden Ahmed Hamid, to lead the unit and help it to overcome all the difficulties encountered in its functioning.
