The Southern National Dialogue Team meets the leaders of the local authority and the sheikhs of Huswain District

On Saturday, October 1, the Southern National Dialogue team met with local authority leaders, social figures, sheikhs and dignitaries of Haswain District, Al-Mahra Governorate, in the presence of Saeed Saadan, a member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council.

 

 

Dr. Saleh Mohsen Al-Hajj, head of the Southern National Dialogue Team, gave an explanation of the meetings held by the team members, pointing out that the goal of the dialogue is to preserve people's rights and interests away from the conflicts and build a federal state system.

 


The meeting has discussed issues of fair representation and empowering the people of Al-Mahra Governorate in the security and military institutions, and the state's system and form.

 


The call for dialogue, that was called for by President Commander Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, was widely welcomed in the community of the governorate, as the representatives of the segments of society unanimously agree on the necessity of dialogue at this stage to come up with a unified vision in the light of which the national charter and the constitution organizing the state will be drafted.
