President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, met on Sunday, October 9, at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, the Minister of Defense in the parity government, Major General Mohsen Al-Da'ari .

President Al-Zubaidi was briefed by Major General Al-Da'ari on the latest military situation on the front lines with the Houthi militia, and the level of combat readiness to confront the militia's attacks that followed the end of the UN truce .

President Al-Zubaidi stressed the importance of raising military vigilance, responding with force and firmness to any attempt to infringe on the military forces stationed on all fronts, and be alert to any infiltration or incursion attempt that the militia members may advance to the contact sites.

President Al-Zubaidi stressed the importance of intensifying training and rehabilitation programs for commanders and soldiers, so as to enable them to keep pace with the successive developments in military sciences, expressing the readiness of the Presidential Leadership Council to provide everything that would enhance the performance of members of the armed forces, and provide them with the necessary skills to deal with all situations efficiently and competently.

For his part, Major General Al-Da'ari valued President Al-Zubaidi's continued support for the leadership of the military institution and his constant keenness to solve any problem that hinders its work, stressing the readiness of the armed forces to respond to any attacks that may be launched by the Houthi militias and to restrain them and their bloodthirsty desire.
