President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of congratulations to Her Excellency the right honorable Mary Simon, Governor-General of Canada, on the occasion of her country's National Day.
