CAC Bank Launches Training Program in Preparing the Operational Plan

The Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank “CAC Bank” launched a training program to prepare the operational plan for its administrative leaders under the supervision of the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, and the trainer Dr. Murad Al-Nashmi, Associate Professor of Business Administration, expert in institutional and strategic development.

 The program is implemented by the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial and Banking Sciences in Aden and through the Academy’s Administrative, Financial and Banking Training Institute, and in partnership with the Bank’s Training and Performance Development Department, which continues during the period from April 27 to 30 of the current year 2024.

 In his speech at the opening of the program, Rafiq Al-Qubati, Executive Vice Chairman of Banking Operations, praised the importance of the program, saying: “The importance of the program for preparing the operational plan for the leadership of CAC Bank is highlighted as it is the practical basis for ensuring the application of implementation by transforming each executive initiative into a set of daily steps and procedures that clarify how will the actual implementation process of each implementation initiative take place on the ground.

 Director of the Planning, Research and Development Department, Abdel Mohsen Abdel Rab, stated that the program will witness panel discussions on the bank’s operational plan for the bank’s departments and branches during the days of the program.

 The course targets 35 leaders of the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank), including department managers and branch managers.

 The program focuses on presenting the cognitive and practical aspects and accrediting CAC Bank in the practical case of the program and direct application to the bank with all its administrative components.
