In the presence of the twenty-eighth anniversary of the military invasion of the south by the north on July 7, 1994 AD, we remind our brothers and friends of their obligations dictated to them by international charters, laws and resolutions that triumph in protecting the rights and freedoms of peoples.
In the presence of this painful occasion, we salute our great southern people, who accumulated their struggles until they were able to turn that painful memory into a glorious launch of their liberation revolution, the "Southern Peaceful Movement", leading to the intensification of their resistance, which accomplished the liberation of most of their lands and enabled them to launch their cause under their national leadership represented by the Transitional Council. The southerner, who is engaged in a political process today, through his partnership in a joint negotiating delegation, as an entitlement to our southern people on the path to achieving their national goals.
