On Monday, July 18, in his office in the capital, Zanjabar, Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Haidara al-Shaqi, head of the Executive Body for Local Leadership in the Transitional Council, discussed with Eng. Ayman Zaid al-Kaldi, Undersecretary of the Public Authority for Rural Water Projects, ways to reactivate the stalled projects in the governorate.

 Mr. Muhammad Al-Shaqi listened to a detailed explanation from Eng. Ayman Al-Kaldi about the authority's plan, which aims to go to the field, find a working mechanism, and prepare an integrated vision within the framework of activating all branches of the authority.

 During the meeting, they discussed faltering projects, which stumbled causing high prices of oil derivatives, and discussed the possibility of finding appropriate solutions and alternatives that contribute to the rehabilitation and activation of these projects and getting out of the emergency department, and working on sustainable projects away from damage to public money.

 The meeting also stressed the importance of coordination and joint communication with the local authority in the governorate, and all the competent authorities, to direct the organizations working in this framework to enhance their humanitarian role in rural areas to dig drinking water wells and supply them with the solar energy system.
