President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, met at the council's headquarters in the capital, Aden, the heads of the Fisheries and Agricultural Cooperative Unions Salem Omar Qambet, Saleh Assistant Emir and a number of leaders of the two unions.

 During the meeting, the leader heard from the leaderships of the two unions, a detailed explanation of the efforts of the two unions to revive the fisheries and agricultural sector in our country, and the most prominent difficulties facing their activities, stressing his full support for the two unions and his readiness to overcome any obstacles to the progress of their work.

 The Leader stressed the importance of cooperative unions in general, and fish and agricultural unions in particular, playing their role in organizing the vital sectors directly related to the lives of citizens, and rehabilitating and activating the productive institutions under their banner, according to strategic plans and sustainable projects that contribute to creating catering and economic stability in the country.

 For their part, the heads of the Fisheries and Agricultural Federations expressed their thanks and appreciation to President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi for the great interest he attaches to the activities of the cooperative unions, and his constant keenness to overcome the difficulties facing their activities, stressing the readiness of the members of the two unions to exert maximum efforts to activate the role of the two unions and to accomplish the tasks entrusted to them with efficiency and competence.  .
