President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, met on Monday, August 29, in his office at the Council's headquarters in the capital Aden, Deputy Minister of Civil Services Dr. Abdullah Al-Maysari.

President Al-Zubaidi listened to a brief explanation about the stages of establishing the ministry in the capital Aden after its liberation from the Houthi militias, and the work progress  in the ministry and its affiliated institutions, during the period following liberation until today, in addition to the most prominent difficulties and challenges facing the progress of its work .

President Al-Zubaidi was also briefed on the Deputy Minister of Civil Services on the ministry's mechanism to inventory the administrative apparatus of the state, retirees, the mechanism of replacement and employment, and the procedures that have been completed with regard to annual settlements and allowances for employees, in accordance with the laws and regulations .

During the meeting, the president stressed on the speedy completion and reviewing the files of settlements and allowances for employees and retirees, and the completion of the entitlement to job grades, stressing the readiness of the Leadership Council to overcome any difficulties in the functioning of the ministry in this and other aspects related to the administrative apparatus of the state.
