President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, met in his office on Wednesday, August 31, the leader of the Southern Resistance, Brigadier  Suleiman Nasser Al-Zamki.

 At the beginning of the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi welcomed Brigadier  Al-Zamki, praising his efforts and the rest of the leaders of the southern resistance in liberating the capital, Aden from Al- Houthi occupation in 2015. He also praised the positive interaction played by the leaders of the joint forces in Abyan governorate, and their active role in supporting Operation Arrows of the East that aimed at purifying the governorate from  terrorist elements .

 President Al-Zubaidi expressed his satisfaction with the distinguished fraternal rapprochement that the people of the south are following in this critical circumstance, stressing that the unity of the southerners, their understandings and their rapprochement are pushing towards achieving the supreme goal for which they sacrifice convoys of martyrs and wounded.

 President Al-Zubaidi reiterated that all the people of the south are in one boat, and are partners in shaping the future of their homeland, which will only be for each and all of its people without discrimination or exclusion.

 For his part, Brigadier Al-Zamki expressed his thanks and appreciation to President Al-Zubaidi for his patience, and for his remarkable efforts in creating a state of consensus and rapprochement and removing barriers between the people of the one southern homeland, stressing his readiness to make maximum efforts to unify the southern ranks and strengthen its social fabric.
