The violations of the forces of the First Military District against the people of Hadhramout valley and desert, differed between “killing, wounding, arresting, and imposing levies” and other matters that are difficult to list in a report due to their abundance and ugliness. These militias did not leave a peaceful demonstration, protest march, or even a sporting event unless it practiced its hobby against its perpetrators of repression, arrest and abuse. These forces have become perched on the chests of the people of Hadhramout governorate, so their exit from the valley and desert of Hadhramout is considered an irreversible popular demand for most of the people.

During his statement, Muqrem called on the Presidential Leadership Council to withdraw the forces of the First Military District from Hadhramout valley and desert to the battle fronts against the Iran-backed Houthi militia, and to hand over the governorate’s insurance and protection file to the Hadhrami Elite Forces, similar to what happened in Hadhramout coast, which proved successful The Hadhrami experience, stressing that Hadhramout Valley will only be protected by its sons, while the forces of the first District have proven their failure, noting that the killings in Hadhramout Valley have reached to be carried out within meters of their camps and the perpetrators flee, concluding his speech with concern after the valley and desert districts became Terrorist outposts that pose a threat to the security and stability of the region .
