We salute you with a salute of honor and glory, thanking you for these great crowds, you have confirmed for sure and made those hear, who are deaf, that you are a free people who does not accept humiliation, does not accept oppression and injustice. The free women and free men of the occupied Hadhrami valley, who demand the departure of the occupying forces from the first northern military district and the necessity of their departure from our land and replacing them with the Hadhrami Elite Forces and Hadhramout Defense Forces. .

Through our march in the district's capital, Hura, we affirm and the participants in it affirm the following:

1) Our complete and absolute rejection of the presence of the forces of the First Military District in Hadhramout Valley and the necessity of replacing them with the Hadhrami Elite Forces and Hadhramout Defense Forces, with our affirmation that Hadhrami people are better able to protect and secure their land.

2) The participants denounce in the strongest terms all cases of abuse and provocation practiced by the forces of the First Military District in our Hadrami valley, and their policy of looting, terrorism, interruption and taking levies, leaving the valley a fertile ground for murder and corruption and a hotbed for hashish, shabu and arms smuggling.

3) The participants in the march demand the Presidential Command Council to issue their quick decision to implement the Riyadh Agreement and the departure of the forces of the First Military District from Hadhramout Valley .

4) The participants demand the Presidential Leadership Council to quickly issue its orders to form a Hadrami military force to take charge of protecting and securing Hadhramout Valley, with a military force of at least 25,000 solider from the people of the valley and the desert.

5) The attendees demand the parity government to quickly put a solution to the issue of the teachers’ strike in order to open schools and inaugurate the educational process, and to develop solutions to address the collapse of the local currency, the high cost of living and the high cost of oil derivatives.

6) The participants declare their full and absolute solidarity with the teachers and their legitimate right to obtain all their rights. The participants also declare their full solidarity with the students and their families and the need to protect their right to education, and to create an atmosphere for them to prevent all that threatens their future.

7) We call on the local authorities in the governorate, the valley, and the directorate to adopt the needs of the people of the district and provide their minimum right to services in health, education, rehabilitation and employment and provide all services to them, prevent corruption and abuse of public office, solve all citizens’ problems, prevent infringement of public and private rights, apply law and order, and apply The principle of reward and punishment and the development of young leaders and educated competencies and bringing them closer to assuming responsibility and relying on them.

In conclusion, we reiterate our thanks and appreciation to you for your active participation, and we invite you to participate in the success of all the peaceful escalation activities that are approved according to the peaceful popular escalation program in the Directorate.

May God guide everyone to what he loves and is pleased with, and may God’s peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.
