President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, met in his office on Monday, September 12, the Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation in the parity government, Dr. Nizar Abdullah Basheeb.

The Commander listened from Dr. Basheeb, to a full explanation of the outcomes of the meetings held by the ministry with representatives of international organizations and donors, and the matrix of priorities prepared by the ministry, in coordination with local authorities, to identify the sectors that need urgent interventions by international donors.

During the meeting, which was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Cooperation, Mansour Zaid Haidara, the President stressed the importance of the urgent priorities matrix to include vital sectors, foremost of which are the health, education and infrastructure projects, urging the ministry to intensify its efforts and communication with the supporting bodies and donors, to ensure The speed of the arrival of the support provided by them, and the implementation of projects that contribute to advancing the wheel of development, and benefit the country and the citizen.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Basheeb expressed his thanks and appreciation to President Al-Zubaidi for his continuous follow-up to the work of the ministry, and his keenness to overcome any difficulties facing the progress of its work, stressing that the ministry takes all the comments received into consideration and will work to include them in the framework of the priority matrix.
