President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, met this evening, Sunday, September 25, in the capital, Aden, the head of the Peaceful Movement component, the militant former Minister of Justice Ali Haitham Al-Gharib, who arrived this evening in the capital, Aden, from the Republic of Egypt in response to the invitation made by President Al-Zubaidi.
At the beginning of the meeting, the President welcomed the militant Al-Gharib and his companions, praising his national stands throughout the march of the liberation southern revolution.
President Al-Zubaidi valued the positive interaction of the leaders of the Southern Movement with the call he made to materialize the culture of dialogue as a civilized societal value to settle differences within the framework of the one national goal of restoring the independent southern state with full sovereignty.
President Al-Zubaidi reiterated the importance of reunification, strengthening southern cohesion, and the involvement of all southerners in the framework of a true national partnership with the various southern forces that believe in independence and the restoration of the state, and working together to achieve victory for the aspirations of the people of the south and preserve the gains of their liberation revolution.
For his part, Al-Gharib expressed his happiness to return to the capital, Aden, in response to the generous invitation made by President Al-Zubaidi, in his belief in the importance of the southern alignment at this stage, which requires the reunification of efforts to overcome all conspiracies that being hatched against our people and their national cause.
The meeting was attended by a number of members of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, leaders in the Southern Movement, and military and security leaders.
