The Internal Southern National Dialogue Team meets Sheikh Awad bin Al-Wazir, Governor of Shabwa Governorate

On Thursday, October 6, the internal Southern National Dialogue team met with Sheikh Awad Muhammad bin Al-Wazir, Governor of Shabwa Governorate.
At the beginning of the meeting, Sheikh Awad Ibn Al-Wazir welcomed the members of the national dialogue team, expressing his happiness with this meeting, wishing them success in their mission, and praising the role played by the members of the dialogue team to unite the southern ranks.
The governor of Shabwa also stressed that the local authority will be a catalyst in facilitating the team's tasks and will contribute to facilitating all its work, pointing to the importance of taking lessons from the past and benefiting from it in drawing the future of the south, accommodating all segments of society and making concessions to serve the country's stability.
For his part, Dr. Saleh Mohsen Al-Hajj, head of the internal Southern National Dialogue team, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the governor of Shabwa for giving him the opportunity to sit with him and expressing his happiness and the team members with their presence among their people in Shabwa governorate.
The head of the internal national dialogue team indicated that Shabwa is fortunate to have a figure like the minister's son managing the governorate's affairs, wishing him success in his duties.
Dr. Saleh Al-Hajj also gave a brief explanation of the meetings held by the dialogue team, explaining that the goal of the dialogue is to give priority to the language of dialogue instead of violence, and to reach consensus with all parties on the principles of the national Pact, partnership, the form of the state and its system, and a general framework for resolving the southern issue.
The meeting was attended by members of the dialogue team, Mr. Abdel Nasser Al-Jaari, Brigadier General Ali bin Shanzour, Mr. Salem Al-Diyani and Mr. Awad Ali Balhaf.
