On Wednesday, August 17, in the capital, Aden, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting headed by Professor Fadl Muhammad al-Jaadi, member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, Deputy Secretary-General.

The meeting has reviewed the two reports submitted by the "Youth and Students, Studies and Research" departments on the activities that were implemented and the organizational tasks associated with them during the second semester of 2022.

The meeting has also reviewed the semi-annual evaluation report prepared by the Regulatory Department about the activities of the General Secretariat departments and the local authorities in the governorates for the period from (January - June 2022).

The meeting has discussed the report submitted by the political department, which dealt with the most prominent topics and issues on the southern arena during the past two weeks, and the events related to the south.

The meeting has focused on the developments in the capital, Aden and other southern governorates, as well as issues related to the activities of the General Secretariat's departments, where proposals were presented that would support and develop the workflow.

The meeting has reviewed the weekly activity report of the departments of the General Secretariat, as well as the minutes of its previous meeting, which was accepted and approved .
