President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, stressed the importance of upgrading and developing the official media work to keep pace with the rapid changes in the field of media and the information technology.

This came in a meeting today with Mr. Hussein Baselim, Deputy Minister of Information, who briefed him on the reality of the official media and the efforts made to open media institutions affiliated to the ministry, maintain its headquarters and supply them with modern equipment, to resume their work from the capital, Aden.

The President Commander reiterated the importance of the return of all visual, audible and readable official media institutions to work in the capital of Aden, and foremost, Aden radio and television,  calling on the leadership of the Ministry of Information to make more efforts to resume work in  the ministry and its offices in all governorates , to achieve its assigned tasks on all different levels .

For his part, Mr. Hussein Baselim, expressed his thanks and appreciation to President Al-Zubaidi and his continued support for the Ministry of Information and its affiliates, and his constant response to the ministry to overcome the difficulties facing it .
